3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires total wagering of ৳20,000.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Bonuses may only be used on specified games, and if wagering requirements are not completed within the set time limit the bonus will be cancelled. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed. Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The tk44 arrivals VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet is not completed due to a network issue or technical fault, the amount will be returned to the account. Attempting to deliberately exploit technical errors will result in account closure.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply; subsequent changes will not affect the bet. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Arbitrage betting, the use of bots, game manipulation and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. tk44 arrivals reserves the right to temporarily suspend bets while monitoring suspicious patterns.

5.4 Live Betting

In live betting, outcomes may depend on the speed and stability of your internet connection. A slight delay in live streaming and real-time data is normal and tk44 arrivals is not responsible for it.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be revised to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
